Enjoyed baking Foccacia Bread with my sous chef Maggy. Is my Kitchen Aid Mixer unusually messy? It was snowing flour. Final result looks good! Taste Critic Bill said he liked the taste but prefers a flatter Foccacia, and I agree. If I ever find the lost recipe for the flatter one, I will make it tout de suite. Served the bread with a walnut spinach arugala salad and left over Shakshuka.
