It can be done!

Our son Daniel is living in Hong Kong without an oven. He told me only rich people own ovens. I guess that makes sense in terms of the foods eaten there. He loves banana bread, and I suggested he get a Crock Pot and make it in that. Of course, I had to try it myself.  It takes 4 hours, but it does work, and the banana bread tastes as good as the baked kind. Could also be useful on a very hot summer day if you can imagine one. I think I have owned this Crock Pot at least 30 years!
